NRT 3002 has been designed to cope with the extreme loads of a school environment.

CL 2802 has been developed for football and is extremely durable. Suitable surfaces include pitches, exercise areas and practice walls.

What all installations share is that the surface can be used immediately.

Hybrid grass for slides

Slides set into slopes are very common but also very tough for the natural grass. Hybrid grass protects the natural grass which leads to a nice, clean and natural green surface all year round. Around the slide, where children run up and down, natural grass is unable to resist, leaving a soil or stony surface to play on. The result with Hybrid grass is a firm surface that appears as a mixture of natural grass and hybrid turf. You just need to be careful with the outer edges and beneath the slide.

Hybrid Grass for play equipment

ÅhusTurf Hybrid Grass works perfectly in conjunction to or under different play equipment. Instead of a hard, trampled earth surface adjacent to or under play equipment, Hybrid grass works perfectly, providing a green, clean and pleasant surface all year round. During installing a little extra care around the legs of the equipment and at the edges is needed. When building a new play area, it’s best to install ÅhusTurf Hybrid grass in advance or at the same time.

Works excellent around the play equipment because both products are extremely wear resistant and is able to handle the stress as areas around the play equipment is subjected to.

CL Soft och CL Soft Extreme

Some play equipment has a fall protection requirement to safeguard kids from serious injury. In those instances we can offer a solution to fall protection. CL Soft and CL Soft Extreme is a combination of Euro Hybrid / NRT 3002 and a Shockpad. This solution offers a fall protection of up to 2,5 m and 3,2 m respectively. Hybrid Grass on hills or embankments

Hills and embankments are areas where natural grass may struggle. The slopes is an exposed surface where the wear can overwhelm natural grass, transforming the attractive embankment or hill into an eyesore. Hybrid grass helps natural grass to cope with heavy wear yet retain a strong root system, providing a green surface all year round. We use the existing soil and bring it back to life with aeration (where necessary), fertiliser and grass seed. Here, a durable, quick-growing type is best. You just need to be careful at the joins and along the outer edges.

Sports pitch

As an alternative to artificial grass, Hybrid grass is a strong candidate for sports pitches. These can be highly exposed areas where the grass grows in sparse tufts and bare soil has taken the upper hand. The Hybrid grass helps by offloading the playing surface and keeping the soil beneath the hybrid grass, giving the natural grass the best possible conditions to grow.

We use the existing pitch and bring it back to life with aeration, fertiliser and grass seed. Here, football pitch grass seed is best, as this is both durable and quick to establish itself.

CL 2802 has been developed as an ideal surface for playing football.
